Realistic Valuation

Ask yourself how much is a £10 note worth? If time is spent advertising it for £11 we will be wasting our time. If it is advertised for £10 we will struggle to create interest. If it is offered for £9, there will be considerable interest, and supply and demand should mean that the value acheived is as close to £10 as the market will allow.....to create interest in todays market, we will need to quote tomorrows price in a falling market and yesterdays in a rising market.
